Resumen
Al comenzar la búsqueda sobre el tema de investigación de nuestra carrera final, enfocamos tres ejes principales que nos apasionan al hacer arquitectura. En primer lugar, la arquitectura hospitalaria como un ejercicio de dificultad técnica; en segundo lugar, el urbanismo como una forma de entender el contexto y las múltiples variables del territorio. Finalmente, nuestra vértebra principal son las comunidades, porque de alguna manera, nosotros, como médicos del territorio, debemos entender la justicia desde una inclusión social y cultural. El propósito principal del proyecto es diseñar un complejo biomédico que promueva el encuentro social e investigativo entre la medicina alopática y la medicina tradicional en la región Caribe, contribuyendo así a los objetivos establecidos en el pacto territorial del Golfo de Morrosquillo.

When beginning the search for the research topic of our final degree, we focused on three main axes that we are passionate about when making architecture. Firstly, hospital architecture as an exercise of technical difficulty; secondly, urban planning as a way of understanding the context and the multiple variables of the territory. Finally, our main backbone is the communities, because in some way, we, as doctors of the territory, must understand justice from a social and cultural inclusion. The main purpose of the project is to design a biomedical complex that promotes the social and research encounter between allopathic medicine and traditional medicine in the Caribbean region, thus contributing to the objectives established in the territorial pact of the Gulf of Morrosquillo.
