Resumen

Dentro del proceso histórico de conflicto armado que ha vivido el país, Bogotá ha sido principalmente una ciudad receptora de población víctima del conflicto armado de los diferentes municipios del país, pero a una menor escala, también se ha visto afectada por diferentes hechos victimizantes del conflicto armado del país que han tenido lugar en su territorio. El objetivo de la presente investigación es: realizar un análisis a través de una metodología mixta para entender las dinámicas de los hechos victimizantes asociados al conflicto armado en Bogotá, desde los procesos de recepción y atención a la población víctima a través de su caracterización, seguido por un análisis cualitativo en el que se evidencian las relaciones existentes entre los hechos victimizantes y su ocurrencia en territorio capitalino. Finalmente, a través de la teoría del Desarrollo a Escala Humana, se analizan las características de los principales hechos victimizantes declarados y ocurridos en Bogotá a la luz de las necesidades y satisfactores de subsistencia y protección. Los resultados permiten evidenciar las dinámicas propias del conflicto que se presentan en la ciudad, que muchas veces se invisibilizan y se mezclan con problemáticas delincuenciales, que así mismo no permiten el reconocimiento del fenómeno de desplazamiento intraurbano ya que no se logra determinar el generador de este hecho en la ciudad. Así como la realización de un análisis desde la teoría del enfoque de Desarrollo Humano de las necesidades y satisfactores de subsistencia y protección del otorgamiento de la ayuda humanitaria en Bogotá.

Within the historical process of internal armed conflict that the country has lived, Bogotá has not been oblivious to this situation and is mainly a city that receives victims of the armed conflict from different municipalities of the country, but at the same time in its territory, in less proportion, it also has been affected by different victimizing acts of the country's armed conflict. This research carries out an analysis through a mixed methodology to understand the dynamics of the victimizing events associated with the armed conflict in Bogotá, from the processes of receiving and caring for the victim population in Bogotá by carrying out a quantitative characterization of the victims of the armed conflict in the city, followed by a qualitative analysis that shows the affected relationships between the victimizing acts in the capital and through the Human Scale Development theory, the characteristics of the main victimizing acts declared and occurred in Bogotá are found in light of the needs and satisfiers of subsistence and protection. The results shows the dynamics of the conflict that occur in the city, which are often invisible and mixed with criminal problems, which also does not allow the recognition of the phenomenon of intra-urban displacement since it is not possible to determine the generator of this made in the city. Thus allowing an analysis from the Human Development approach of the needs and satisfactors of subsistence and protection of the granting of humanitarian aid in Bogotá.
