Resumen

En el siguiente trabajo se realizó las implicaciones del acercamiento de China al sector petrolero venezolano durante los años 2009 al 2018. Entendiendo la crisis venezolana y determinando los intereses que tiene China a nivel geoestratégico, económico y minero-energético, estrechando las relaciones bilaterales a través de diversos mecanismos que se dividen en: compra directa, inversión en infraestructura, financiamiento en forma de crédito e inversión y cooperación. Estos aplicados en función de los intereses dan como resultado una serie de impactos en el interior de ambos países, pero a su vez tienen consecuencias que involucran en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos. La presente investigación se llevó acabo utilizando el método cualitativo de tipo explicativo - descriptivo, de esa manera se obtuvieron datos a partir de la observación,

The following work establishes the implications of China's approach to the Venezuelan oil sector during the years 2009 to 2018. Understanding the Venezuelan crisis and determining the interests that China has at a geostrategic, economic and mining-energy level, strengthening bilateral relations through of various mechanisms that are divided into: direct purchase, investment in infrastructure, financing in the form of credit and investment and cooperation. These mechanisms applied according to interests result in a series of impacts within both countries, but it turn have consequences that involve Latin America and the United States. The present investigation was carried out using the qualitative method of an explanatory-descriptive type, in this way data were obtained from the observation, which served to determine the geostrategic, economic and mining-energy implications of China's approach to the Venezuelan oil sector during the years 2009 to 2018. This topic is relevant because it is a current scenario that determines the configuration of international trade with respect to oil and examines how relations between Asia and Latin America determine a change in geopolitics and geostrategy in the world, responding to the business and international relations to respond to a contemporary problem.
