Resumen

En este trabajo se exploran las acciones y se definen las estrategias de una constructora ecológicamente responsable, sin perder de vista el lucro de la misma, desarrollando un análisis que permita que la constructora sea competitiva en un mercado local y tradicional. Este proyecto se enmarcó en tres objetivos, que buscan fortalecer la empresa para que siga siendo lucrativa a corto plazo: el primero diagnosticar la situación organizacional de la constructora identificando sus fortalezas, amenazas, debilidades y oportunidades, tanto al interior como al exterior.

El segundo objetivo formula estrategias de fortalecimiento para mitigar las debilidades encontradas y afianzar las fortalezas creando en la organización un ambiente sólido en todas sus áreas y en la relación con sus Stake Holders tanto internos como externos. En el tercer objetivo se plantearon mecanismos de evaluación de las estrategias formuladas.

In this work, the actions are explored and the paradigms of an ecologically responsible construction company are defined without losing sight of its profit, developing an analysis that allows the construction company to be competitive in a local and traditional market. This project was framed with two major objectives, seeking to strengthen the company so that it remains lucrative in the short term, diagnose the organizational situation of the builder identifying its weaknesses and strengths first within the company and second focusing on the outside where we can see the environment in which the company is currently located to invest at any time through sustainable architecture, facing the paradigm of society for the realization of projects that are friendly to the environment, through the use of resources. Without leaving aside the organizational strengthening that the company requires in each of its areas, which is why we will work on a business diagnosis that will allow us to know the current situation and which are the main obstacles that allow it to continue growing. The second objective is to formulate strengthening strategies that mitigate the weaknesses found and strengthen the strengths by creating a solid environment in the organization in all its áreas and in the relationship with its internal and external stake holders.
