Resumen
La presente investigación se realiza en el Establecimiento Penitenciario de Mediana Seguridad y Carcelario de Acacias Meta ya que se encuentran ciertas falencias en cuanto al manejo del PIGA como el déficit de infraestructura necesaria para el centro de acopio donde se almacenan diferentes residuos sólidos como: pet, chatarra, Cartón, y papel. Además de esto requiere la implementación de espacios para lo administrativo, baños, Vestier entre otros, el cual esta zona se encuentra ubicada en el ala C. Con el fin de suplir las necesidades que demanda el centro de acopio se tuvo en cuenta factores claves como; el clima, las horas de trabajo del personal privado de la libertad (P.P.L), el área que se necesitaría para cada espacio según las actividades del PIGA, y los diferentes principios de diseño, así como la materialidad que se requerían para el diseño de módulos en madera multifuncionales.

The present investigation is carried out in the Medium Security Penitentiary and Prison Establishment of Acacias Meta since certain shortcomings are found in terms of the management of the PIGA such as the deficit of infrastructure necessary for the collection center where different solid waste is stored such as: pet, scrap, cardboard, and paper. In addition to this, it requires the implementation of spaces for administrative, bathrooms, Vestier among others, which this area is located in wing C. In order to meet the needs demanded by the collection center, key factors such as; the climate, the hours of work of the deprived of liberty personnel (PPL), the area that would be needed for each space according to the activities of the PIGA, and the different design principles, as well as the materiality that were required for the design of modules in multifunctional wood.
