Resumen
Los Programas de Saneamiento Fiscal y Financiero (P.S.F.F.) son una herramienta establecida por el Gobierno Nacional encabeza del Ministerio de Protección Social y Crédito Público, este programa tiene como objetivo principal reestablecer la solidez y viabilidad económica de las Empresas Sociales del Estado categorizadas en riesgo alto, por medio de nuevas estructuras administrativas y financieras. La E.S.E., Hospital San Antonio de Anolaima es una institución ubicada en el departamento de Cundinamarca categorizada en riesgo alto en el año 2012 y obligada a la aplicación del P.S.F.F., Los factores que lo llevo fue la insuficiencia y recaudo del ingreso lo cual, fue el foco de nuestro estudio y análisis, partiendo de la aplicación del plan y basado a las cifras contables del Hospital de San Antonio. Adicionalmente, nombraremos causas, efectos y recomendaciones, puesta en marcha e impacto que causaron las medidas tomadas por la alta gerencia en los estados financieros y específicamente en el reconocimiento del ingreso

The programs of fiscal and financial restructuration are a tool created by the government in charge if the ministry of social protection and public credit. This program has as the main objective reestablish the soundness and viability economic of the social entities of the state ranked in high risk through the new administrative and financial structures. The S.E.S. San Antonio de anilaima hospital is a institution located in the department of Cundinamarca ranked in the hogh risk score In the 2012 and ehit mandatory application of the PFFR. The factors that led him was insufficient and collection of income which was the focus of our research and analysis, starting on the implementation of the plan and based on accounting figures Hospital of San Antonio.
