Resumen

En este escrito se argumenta que las nociones de pobreza, desarrollo, calidad de vida y, en general, todos los conceptos, variables e indicadores que se usan en las explicaciones y teorías sobre este terma, son diferentes miradas desde los intereses del observador, del mismo y único fenómeno social. De esta manera, existen múltiples trabajos sobre la pobreza y el desarrollo, Sin embargo, una aproximación desde la perspectiva de la complejidad, debe tener en cuenta que el desarrollo puede hacer referencia a la estructura social corno un todo y a las acciones mediante las cuales se modifica el entorno del sistema; una vez éste se ha podido ordenar a través de la ciencia, con el objetivo de explicar la realidad. De allí que la relación entre pobreza y desarrollo es estrecha. Estas son formas de ver el mismo fenómeno. Lo cual permite pensar la calidad de vida desde un sentido global.

Abstract

In this essay there is argued that the notions ofpoverty, development, quality of life and, in general, all the concepts, variables and indicators used in the explanations and theories on this type, are different points of view from the observers' interests,of the same and only social phenomenon. Therefore,there are multiple works on poverty and development. However, an approximation from the perspective of complexity must bear in mind that the development may refer to the social structure as a whole, and to the actions that modify context of the system, just when it has been ordered through the science in order to explain the reality. Therefore,there is a clase relation between poverty and development. These are different ways to see the same phenomenon, which allow us to think about the life quality from a global sense.
