Resumen
El presente artículo elabora un análisis descriptivo del concepto griego de hamartía como falta, yerro, desatino o pecado del héroe frente a la divinidad. La apuesta teórica es una indagación de los presupuestos aristotélicos, enunciados en la Poética, en la obra de Esquilo los Persas. En ella, el héroe se refleja a través de aquellos personajes “ilustres y de estirpe” que se dan a conocer por su hamartía megalé. Así mismo, Esquilo al ser fundacional en una nueva manera de exponer la estética trágica, pone en evidencia una configuración en la construcción del héroe en relación a la hamartía, que es el acto concreto que realiza el héroe trágico. Todo con el ánimo de identificar desde los Persas y su carácter histórico retratado por Esquilo, el héroe trágico y la relación que existe entre la hamartía y la postura ética, social y cultural del autor.

This article develops a descriptive analysis of the Greek concept of hamartia as lack, unwittingly, folly or sin of the hero in front of the divinity. The theoretical bet is an inquiry of the aristotelian budgets, set forth in the Poetics, in the work of Aeschylus' the Persians. In it, the hero is reflected through those characters "illustrious and lineage" that are made known by his hamartia megale. At the same time, Aeschylus to be foundational in a new way to exhibit the aesthetic tragic, it shows a configuration in the construction of the hero in relation to the hamartia, which is the specific act carried out by the tragic hero. All with the aim of identifying from the Persians and its historic character portrayed by Aeschylus, the tragic hero and the relationship that exists between the hamartia and the ethical stance, social and cultural life of the author.
