Resumen

El presente trabajo de grado consiste en un informe de pasantía realizadas en el Ministerio de Salud Pública y Protección Social, en donde podrá encontrar una muestra de la situación actual en la población migrante venezolana más vulnerable, en temas de salud pública, razón para la búsqueda de beneficios o ayudas de cooperación internacional en el país, para mitigar la situación extrema de salud de la población migrante venezolana en Colombia.El objetivo es determinar los motivos para recibir ayudas en el sistema nacional de salud para los migrantes venezolanos, por medio de la oficina de Cooperación y Relaciones Internacionales. Dicho objetivo se ve como oportunidades de cooperación de los países y organizaciones interesados en la actual problemática que presentan los migrantes, también, se busca nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo en temas de Salud pública y de medidas de control en enfermedades, que se pueden presentar por la inesperada y masiva entrada de población venezolana al territorio nacional; la metodología a desarrollar es la cualitativa, revisando los informes y proyectos propuestos hasta el momento en el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, otro método es por medio de la investigación de acción participativa, y finalmente por entrevistas a personas que hacen parte de la toma de decisiones o de un participación decisiva en el manejo de la problemática a tratar.Los resultados esperados para el desarrollo de este trabajo es mostrar las razones de mayor relevancia para la recepción de ayudas, el alto potencial de los acuerdos de integración regional para la mitigación de problemas de alto interés en el país, mitigación de efectos conexos con situaciones de la región y un fortalecimiento de la población migrante del país con la cobertura de sus necesidades básicas en salud. Dándole al sistema nacional de salud la posibilidad de tener un servicio capaz y estable tanto para los nacionales como para dichos extranjeros

The present work of degree consists of an internship report made in the Ministry of Public Health and Social Protection, where you can find a sample of the current situation in the most vulnerable Venezuelan migrant population, in public health issues, reason for the search of benefits or aid of international cooperation in the country, to mitigate the extreme health situation of the Venezuelan migrant population in Colombia.The objective is to determine the reasons for receiving aid in the national health system for Venezuelan migrants, through the Office of Cooperation and International Relations. This objective is seen as opportunities for cooperation of countries and organizations interested in the current problem presented by migrants, also, new development opportunities are sought in public health issues and control measures in diseases, which can be presented by the unexpected and massive entry of Venezuelan population into the national territory; the methodology to be developed is qualitative, reviewing the reports and projects proposed so far in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, another method is through participatory action research, and finally by interviews with people who are part of the of decisions or of a decisive participation in the handling of the problem to be treated.The expected results for the development of this work is to show the most relevant reasons for receiving aid, the high potential of regional integration agreements for the mitigation of problems of high interest in the country, mitigation of related effects with situations of the region and a strengthening of the country's migrant population with coverage of their basic health needs. Giving the national health system the possibility of having a capable and stable service for both nationals and foreigners
