La presente monografía busca determinar la forma en que se podrían articular la academia, el gobierno y el sector productivo para incentivar el desarrollo en el sector agrario en Colombia, teniendo en cuenta que es uno de los sectores clave en el crecimiento del país; tiene gran potencial de desarrollo y que influye en el aspecto económico y social. Sin embargo, presenta dos grandes problemáticas que son las políticas comerciales y la baja competitividad del sector. Se busca abordar el problema mediante un diagnóstico de la articulación actual entre la academia, el gobierno y el sector productivo, identificando casos e iniciativas de articulación exitosas entre estos tres actores, específicamente en el sector agrario, y por último, analizando, a través de estos casos,

The present monograph seeks to establish the way in which the academy, the government and the productive sector could be articulated to encourage development in the agrarian sector in Colombia, taking into account that it is one of the key sectors in the country's growth; It has great potential for development and influences the economic and social aspect. However, it presents two major problems that are the commercial policies and the low competitiveness of the sector. It seeks to address the problem through a diagnosis of the current articulation between the academy, the government and the productive sector, identifying cases and initiatives for successful articulation between these three actors, specifically in the agrarian sector, and finally, analyzing, through in these cases, the way in which the three actors are articulated to encourage development in the agrarian sector
