Resumen

A partir de la firma del acuerdo de paz para la finalización del conflicto en Colombia, el gobierno ha adquirido compromisos respecto a oportunidades de acceso y calidad de los servicios básicos. El sector de salud desempeña un papel de gran importancia en el posconflicto del país, ya que es quien debe asegurar un sistema eficiente de salud que tenga en cuenta los derechos de acceso a la salud de los colombianos.Por tanto, resulta significativo conocer que está haciendo el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social para cumplir con lo correspondiente a salud en el posconflicto. Por ello, con base en la realización de una pasantía en el grupo de cooperación y relaciones internacionales del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, se identificó la necesidad de establecer las acciones que determinan la participación de la cooperación internacional en los proyectos de acceso a servicios de salud durante el posconflicto colombiano. Para lo cual se implementó la metodología cualitativa con el método de investigación de acción participativa. Además se hizo uso de técnicas como la revisión documental y la aplicación de entrevistas estructuradas.Respecto a los resultados obtenidos, en este informe se destacan principalmente dos acciones relevantes realizadas por el grupo de cooperación internacional. Primero la gestión de los acuerdos de cooperación internacional con organizaciones y países. Los cuales facilitan la planeación y ejecución de proyectos que beneficien a las comunidades afectadas por el conflicto armado. Segundo la búsqueda de financiamiento para aquellos proyectos que se proponen desarrollar en estas zonas

Following the signing of the peace Agreement for the end of the conflict in Colombia, the Government has made commitments regarding access opportunities and quality of basic services. The health sector plays a very important role in the post-conflict of the country. Because it is the one who must ensure an efficient health system that takes into account the rights of access to the health of the Colombians.Therefore, it is significant to know what the Ministry of Health and Social Protection is doing to comply with health in the post-conflict. Then, on the basis of an internship in the cooperation and international relations group of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, it was identified the need to establish the actions that determine the participation of international cooperation in the projects of access to services of health during the Colombian post-conflict. For that, the qualitative methodology was implemented with the participatory action research method. In addition, techniques such as document review and the application of structured interviews were used.Regarding the results obtained, this report highlights two important actions carried out by the international cooperation group. First, the management of international cooperation agreements with organizations and countries. Which facilitate the planning and execution of projects that benefit the communities affected by the armed conflict. Second, the search for financing for those projects that are proposed to be developed in these areas
