Resumen
Los migrantes venezolanos son uno de los problemas que se tienen en Colombia actualmente, de tal manera que, al interior de la oficina de Cooperación y Relaciones Internacionales del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, se ha considerado la ayuda internacional, dando buen uso a los acuerdos internacionales y a nuevas iniciativas. Al ser esta problemática desconocida para el país y específicamente para el sistema de salud, el objetivo es identificar los recursos y apoyo de los organismos internacionales que atienden problemas de migración. Lo anterior teniendo en cuenta el creciente número de enfermedades debido a este fenómeno, dando origen a la búsqueda de entes internacional que tienen disposición para la atención a migrantes, la metodología utilizada fue de carácter cualitativa, tomando como base la revisión bibliográfica, la observación en entrevistas y la asistencia a reuniones. El resultado de este trabajo es reconocer con que organizaciones se han realizado y están en desarrollo acuerdos, convenios o pactos, que den solución a la problemática, teniendo en cuenta su experiencia, interés y conocimiento, con la finalidad de ayudar al sistema de salud a enfrentar la crisis humanitaria que se extiende por todo el país

Venezuelan migrants are one of the problems that currently exist in Colombia, in such a way that, within the Office of Cooperation and International Relations of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, international aid has been considered, making good use of the international agreements and new initiatives. As this problem is unknown to the country and specifically to the health system, the objective is to identify the resources and support of international organizations that deal with migration problems. The aforementioned taking into account the growing number of diseases due to this phenomenon, giving rise to the search of international entities that have provision for the attention to migrants, the methodology used was of a qualitative nature, taking as a basis the bibliographic review, the observation in interviews and attendance at meetings. The result of this work is to recognize with what organizations have been made and are developing agreements, agreements or pacts, that give solution to the problem, taking into account their experience, interest and knowledge, in order to help the health system face the humanitarian crisis that spreads throughout the country
