Resumen
El viñedo El Marqués de Puntalarga se encuentra ubicado en el municipio de Nobsa, Boyacá, y prolonga una tradición familiar que lleva más de 80 años en la industria vitivinícola. Sin embargo, el viñedo presenta una problemática ambiental relacionada con la contaminación del suelo, vinculada directamente con el uso de pesticidas y el envenenamiento por glifosato. Por lo tanto, mediante una matriz de alternativas, se evaluaron las técnicas ambientales más apropiadas para la recuperación del recurso. Asimismo, se realizó la caracterización fisicoquímica y microbiológica, comparando los resultados iniciales con los posteriores a la aplicación del biocontrolador encargado de “restablecer” el recurso, a través de un vacío biológico, para luego aumentar los niveles de materia orgánica y plantear los microorganismos solubilizadores necesarios para fomentar la actividad biológica del lugar.

The Marqués de Puntalarga vineyard is located in the municipality of Nobsa, Boyacá, and extends a family tradition that has been in the wine industry for more than 80 years. However, the vineyard presents an environmental problem related to the contamination of the soil resource, directly linked to the use of pesticides and poisoning with glyphosate. Therefore, through a matrix of alternatives, the most appropriate environmental techniques for the recovery of the resource were evaluated. Similarly, the respective physicochemical and microbiological characterization was carried out, comparing the initial results with those after the application of the biocontrol agent responsible for “reestablishing” the resource, through a biological vacuum, to subsequently increase the levels of organic matter and raise the solubilizing microorganisms necessary to promote the biological activity of the place.
