Italcol SA SE Encuentra UBICADA EN EL Departamento de Cundinamarca, municipio de Funza, La Opera Cual Desde el año 1970, Su área es de 46,6 Ha, Donde SE Labora 24 Horas al Día, Dividido en 3 turnos, Cada Uno Con 400 Trabajadores . Italcol SA Tiene Un Gran Impacto Económico Dentro de las Industrias Productoras de alimentos y la Tercera Empresa más grande Directivos del País, las Cuales abastecen a los Sectores agroindustriales. La Línea de alimento para porcino sí Tomo Como la base de estudio, para el Desarrollo de Este trabajo de grado y Que esta industria Posee cerca de 200 Líneas de Producción de alimento para animales Distintos; párr El año 2014 se produjeron 62.836 Kg de Alimento balanceado para porcinos. Por lo Tanto la Capacidad de Producción de la maquinaria Dębe Ser proporcional a la Demanda del Producto, ESTOS equipos por su magnitud, la USO, Y Baja Frecuencia de mantenimiento géneros Altos Niveles de ruido, los Cuales relevantes a la comunidad aledaña el barrio Francisco Martínez Rico. This Estructura física Requiere gran Cantidad de recursos naturales para su Funcionamiento, Generando Emisiones contaminantes a la atmosfera (CO, CO2, material particulado, SOx, NOx) Principalmente POR EL USO y Operación de la caldera, la cual sea géneros vapor y calor Necesario para Transformar las Materias Primas. La Operación de Italcol SA producto de Impactos Ambientales Que Ver la Calidad del Aire, del Agua (Los vertimientos ESTÁN catalogados para agua residual doméstica, pues la Producción es en seco), y del suelo. Para establecer el grado de impacto ambiental FUE Necesario desarrollar el Reconocimiento de las instalaciones Donde se incluyeron Datos estadísticos de Producción, USO Y Costo De Materias Primas y fungibles, y Descripción del Proceso Productivo, Finalizando con el Diagnóstico ambiental, Donde se Realizo la Caracterización y Análisis físico-químico de Los Medios impactados (Ruido Ocupacional, Calidad del Aire, Generación de Residuos Sólidos y Peligrosos, Y Se evaluó El Nivel de Iluminación, y estrés térmico). A Través de las Distintas Herramientas de Diagnóstico (Matriz MED, Matriz DOFA, y Matriz de impacto ambiental de Leopold), se obtuvieron los Resultados Donde se identificaron puntos Críticos de Operación Los Cuales hijo (Pelletizado, Molienda, y Caldera), e Impacto Ambiental . Estos resultados fueron utilizados para establecer las Posibilidades de Mejoramiento un Través de la FORMULACION de Alternativas de Producción Más Limpia Donde se Realizo el análisis de las Alternativas y los Costos de Cada uña de Estas. Las Cuales hijo necesario implementar para desarrollar en la industria Una Producción Más Sostenible, y Obtener la acreditación de la norma ISO 14001.

Italcol S. A. is located in the department also known as state of Cundinamarca, Funza municipality, which operates from the year 1970, its area is 46.6 ha, which labor working hours are 24 hours a day, divided into 3 shifts, each with 400 workers. Italcol S. A has a large economic impact within the industries producing food and is already the third largest firm in the country, which supply the agro-industrial sectors. The line feed pig study was based, for the development of this paper grade as this industry has about 200 food production lines for different animals; by 2014 there were 62836 kg balanced feed for pigs. Therefore the production capacity of machinery must be proportional to the demand for the product, these teams because of its size, use, and low frequency of maintenance generate high noise levels, which affect the surrounding community the neighborhood Francisco Martinez Rico. This physical structure requires a large amount of natural resources for its operation, generating pollutant emissions to the atmosphere (CO, CO2, particulate material, SOx, NOx) mainly through the use and operation of the boiler, which generates steam and heat necessary to transform the raw materials. The operation of Italcol S.A to produce environmental impacts affecting the air quality, water (dumping are cataloged for domestic residual water, since the production is in dry), and the ground. To establish the degree of environmental impact it was necessary to develop the recognition of the facilities where statistical data on production, use and cost of raw materials and consumables, and description of the production process is included, ending with the environmental assessment, where the characterization was performed and physicochemical impacted media (Occupational noise, air quality, generation of solid and hazardous waste, and the lighting level, and thermal stress was evaluated) analyses. Through various diagnostic tools (MED Matrix, SWOT Matrix and Matrix Leopold environmental impact), the results where critical operating points which are (Pelletizing, grinding, and boiler) were obtained identified, and environmental impact. These results were used to establish the potential for improvement through the formulation of alternatives of cleaner production where it was made an analysis of the alternatives and costs of each of these. Which are necessary to implement the industry develop in a more sustainable production, and obtain the accreditation of ISO 14001
