The present research was conducted in order to determine the existence of occupational hazards due to heat stress, total particulate matter and light inside the desk of a massive transport system(Transmilenio) located in the trunk of 26th and 10 th street. The selection judgment that was taken into account when determining the study área were the road characteristics, social, structural conditions and performance of the vehicle fleet, thus identifying a crítical area and the reference. For the crítical área two stations of Carrera 10th (Museo Nacional, Avenida Primera de Mayo) backbone, and two of the trunk of 26 th Street (Avenida Rojas, Portal Dorado), were chosen as the reference área were selected four sections of the trunk 26 th Street (Salitre-El Greco, CAN, Gobernación and Quinta Paredes). Three teams measurements were used for sampling (QUESTemp 34 Thermal Environment, portable pumps Gilian, light meter), which were installed inside each of the selected lockers for a period of three months (September, October and November) taking 96 samples of total particulate matter and 192 samples of thermal stress and luminosity. Subsequently laboratory tests were made (conditioning filters, weighing filters and download data) necessary for the quantification of the results. After obtaining the final results it was determined that the stations (El portal Dorado y Museo Nacional), exceed the permissible limit values of total particulate matter indoors. This research adopted the threshold limit value (TLV's) as reference measurement, which is accepted by the government of Colombia and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). On the behavior of thermal comfort, heat stress was not found by either heat or cold during sampling, thus establishing the absence of occupational hazards to personnel working. Regarding brightness, none of the stations were evaluated with in the range allowed by thershold limit value(TLV's), showing occupational risks brightness. It is recommended in stations where there were occupational hazards for total particulate matter(Museo Nacional and Portal Dorado) and light, implement the recommendations generated in the present document
