Resumen
Esta investigación se lleva a cabo en Lejanías, Meta caso de estudio la finca Paraíso del Guejar ubicada en la zona rural, esta finca cuenta con un atractivo turístico muy visitado, cascada de azufre por su ubicación cercana al rio Guejar es uno de los lugares que los turistas más visitan, el turismo que se ejerce en esta zona es un turismo no controlado por lo cual se está viendo afectado el entorno en el que se desarrolla. Es por esto que se propone la elaboración de un manual de prácticas sostenibles con el fin de brindar tanto a la comunidad como a los turistas que visitan este lugar un entorno sostenible en el que puedan desarrollar sus actividades de manera responsable, esta investigación contempla aspectos económicos, socioculturales y ambientales entre estos la estimación de capacidad de carga turística para el sendero de la finca que conduce a la cascada de azufre y el manual de técnicas sostenibles que contempla el buen uso y manejo de los recursos

This investigation is carried out in Distances, Goal I marry of study the estate Paradise of the Guejar located in the rural zone, this one cultivates account with a tourist attraction very visited, waterfall of sulphur for his location near to the river Guejar is one of the places that the tourists more visit, the tourism that is exercised in this zone is a tourism not controlled by which the environment is meeting affected in the one that develops. It is for this that one proposes the production of a manual of sustainable practices in order to drink both to the community and to the tourists who visit this place a sustainable environment in which they could develop his activities of a responsible way, this investigation contemplates economic, sociocultural and environmental aspects between these the estimation of capacity of tourist load for the path of the estate that he leads to the waterfall of sulphur and the manual of sustainable technologies that contemplates the good use and managing of the resources
