Resumen
El presente trabajo pretende recopilar, analizar y consolidar la información municipal dentro del área de jurisdicción de la provincia central o sabana centro de jurisdicción de la CAR Cundinamarca, la cual está conformada por 11 municipios, en materia de ordenamiento territorial, todo con la intención de documentar y proveer a la Corporación Autónoma Regional, de información primaria, para la fase preparatoria o de aprestamiento, que complementará la base de datos con la que cuenta. Igualmente se discute y se resalta la importancia que tiene la participación, en la conformación del consejo de cuenca, siguiendo las pautas del Decreto 1640 de 2012. Una vez analizada dicha información, se mencionan y discuten posibles falencias y vacíos en el modo de intervenir y participar de los diferentes actores, de la relevancia que tienen en conjunto la consolidación de un consejo homogéneo, representativo y activo, por último se indican algunas pautas o proposiciones para motivar a la participación, incentivando la identidad y apropiación del territorio de una forma cultural, soberana y además, haciendo un uso sostenible de los recursos dentro de la cuenca

This work expect to compile, to analyze and to consolidate the municipal information inside the jurisdiction area of the central province or Center Savanna, which is formed by 11 municipalities, in terms of land use, with the intention of documenting and providing the Corporación Autónoma Regional (CAR) of primary information, for the preparatory phase or readiness, which will complement the database that has. It also discussed and highlights the importance that has the participation, in the formation of the Council of basin, following the guidelines of the Decree 1640 of 2012. Once analyzed the information, mentioned and discussed possible shortcomings and gaps in the mode of intervention and participation of different actors, the relevance that have altogether a Council representative and active homogeneous consolidation, finally listed some guidelines or proposals to encourage participation, encouraging the identity and elusive territory of a sovereign, cultural form and in addition, a sustainable use of resources within the watershed
