Resumen

La investigación busca, por medio de sistemas de recirculación de aguas lluvias y aguas grises, disminuir el consumo de agua potable que se genera en casas construidas, haciendo que el volumen registrado disminuya y con ello el monto a pagar, puesto que las actividades como el lavado de ropa, aseo, descarga de inodoros y riego de jardines puede ser suplido por las aguas captadas de las lluvias y el último ciclo del lavado de ropa. Se comenzará con una recopilación de información sobre sistemas de ahorro de agua potable, como lo son la recirculación de aguas lluvias y aguas grises para vivienda, teniendo como referente principal la construcción sostenible “Green Building”. Seguido a esto se realizarán una serie de encuestas a usuarios que cumplan con las características que delimitan esta investigación como son: habitantes de casas ubicadas en la cuidad de Bogotá, en barrios de estrato 4, 5 y 6, interesados en disminuir el valor de la factura del agua. Después de recopilar la información de los posibles “clientes”, se realizará un pre diseño de estos sistemas ofreciendo 6 alternativas, las cuales están descritas en la factibilidad técnica de este informe, además de planos arquitectónicos e hidrosanitarios. Por último, se realizará la validación de los datos históricos de las facturas con las proyecciones futuras de consumo, creando varios escenarios económicos y, a partir de la simulación de ellos, facilitar la toma de decisiones basadas en el beneficio económico a futuro.

The research seeks, through systems of rain waters and gray waters recirculation, to diminish the consumption of drinkable water that is generated in constructed houses, doing that the registered volume diminishes and with it the amount to paying, since activities like the wash of clothes, bathroom, unload of waterclosets and irrigation of gardens can be replaced by it by the caught waters of the rains and the last cycle of wash of clothes. It will be begun by a summary of information about systems of saving of drinkable water, since they it are the water recirculation rains and gray waters for housing taking as a principal modal the sustainable construction "Green Building". Followed to this a series of surveys will be realized to users who expire with the characteristics that delimit this investigation they are: inhabitants of houses located in her take care of Bogota, in neighborhoods of stratum 4, 5 and 6, interested in diminishing the value of the invoice of the water. After compiling the information of the possible "clients" a pre will realize design of these systems offering 6 alternatives which are described in the technical feasibility of this report, besides architectural planes and hidrosanitary. Finally, there will be realized the validation of the historical information of the invoices by the future projections of consumption creating several economic scenes and from the simulation of them to facilitate the capture of decisions based on the economic benefit to future
