Resumen
El diagnóstico y evaluación en cuanto a la contaminación auditiva que está generando el sistema de transporte masivo de Bogotá TransMilenio, nos permitió encontrar cuales son algunas de esas causas que están afectado a los usuarios del sistema. Para esto, se realizó un estudio donde se identifican algunas de las variables que hacen que tanto los usuarios directos del sistema TM, como las personas que están en permanente contacto con el mismo, se sientan afectadas por los niveles de ruido que este produce. Los resultados obtenidos nos permitieron identificar la relevancia asociada a la operación de TM en el corredor en estudio sobre las zonas aledañas y el bienestar de los usuarios. Así mismo, lograr identificar cuáles son los factores que están interviniendo en los usuarios y en que intensidad, de qué manera ellos se están viendo afectados y cuáles serían las posibles soluciones que se tomarían para dicho problema.

The diagnosis and assessment in relation to the noise pollution produced from the mass transit system the TransMilenio in Bogota allowed us to find out what are the causes that affect the users of the system. Realized a study where we identified some of the variables why direct users being in permanent contact with the TM transit system are feeling affected by the noise the TM system is producing. The results allowed us to identify the relevance associated with the TM operation of the study about the surrounding areas and the welfare of the consumers. In this way we also were able to identify the factors intervening in the users and in what intensity they are affected and possible solutions which could be taken to solve this problem.
