Resumen

El proyecto productivo de plátano hartón (M. paradisiaca) se realizó en el departamento de Arauca, municipio de Tame ubicado en la vereda Cravo Charo, el objetivo de este proyecto fue dar a conocer una alternativa productiva a la usada convencionalmente por los agricultores de la zona, donde se formuló un plan de manejo técnico de acuerdo a las condiciones que se presentan en la zona, dentro de este plan de manejo se realizó un análisis de suelo, con el cual se hizo un plan de fertilización, también se efectuaron planes de manejo de plagas y enfermedades, dentro de esta estrategia que se utilizó también se incluyó un componente social en el cual se trataron diversos temas de gran importancia para la comunidad, tales como el manejo agronómico que se le da al cultivo de plátano hartaron(M paradisiaca) desde la selección del material vegetal, hasta su respectiva comercialización, este cultivo ha venido siendo uno de los principales reglones de la economía y una tradición por los campesinos, (Ocampo, 2012) que anualmente siembran el cultivo para mejorar la situación económica y del mismo modo tener unos ingresos altos. En cuanto al componente agronómico los resalados fueron excelentes y estos se ven reflejados en el componente de empresarización del campo donde el proyecto tuvo un análisis financiero positivo. En el componente investigativo se buscó caracterizar la elaboración de lombricompotaje a partir de residuos orgánicos de cosecha de plátano y estiércol bovino y equino, logrado como resultado un abono orgánico económicamente rentable.

The productive project of Banana Harton (M. Paradisiaca) was carried out in the Department of Arauca Municipality of Tame located in the Vereda Cravo Charo, the objective of this project was to make known a different alternative to produce to that used by the farmers of the zone , where a technical management plan was formulated according to the conditions presented in the area, within this management plan the first thing that was done was a soil analysis, then proceeded to make a plan of fertilization and therefore plans were made D E Pest and disease management, within this strategy that was used, also included a social component in which were discussed various topics of great importance to the community, the topics were all the agronomic management that is given to the cultivation of banana Fed Up (M. Paradisiaca) from the selection of plant material, to their respective marketing, this crop has been one of the main correctors of the economy and a tradition for peasants, (Ocampo et, Al 2012) that annually sow the Crop to improve the economic situation and in the same way have a high income. As for the agronomic component, the highlights were excellent and these are reflected in the companyization component of the field where the project had a positive financial analysis. The research component sought to characterize the production of lombricompot from organic harvesting residues of bananas and bovine and equine manure, resulting in economically profitable organic fertilizer.
