Resumen

Se realizó el establecimiento de un proyecto productivo agrícola de maíz (Zea mays) variedad ICA V109 en el resguardo La Pascua, municipio de La Primavera, departamento del Vichada, en un área de 15.000 m2, teniendo en cuenta todos los requerimientos técnicos necesarios en este sistema de producción agrícola, buscando así una alternativa económica para los habitantes del resguardo. Dentro del proyecto productivo se realizó un plan de manejo técnico que incluyó un plan de fertilización basado en un análisis de suelo, se efectúo un plan de manejo integrado de plagas, enfermedades y arvenses con los controles y umbrales de acción definidos. Para la realización de este proyecto se hizo un análisis financiero previo al establecimiento de este, creando un estudio y análisis de mercado del producto en la región. Este proyecto productivo agrícola es un sistema integral que permite integrar distintos factores y relacionarlos en común, es así como se implementó y desarrolló un componente de investigación con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto sobre el rendimiento de maíz de cuatro dosis de cal y fosforo, arrojando resultados efectivos en el tratamiento que correspondió a 1.500 kg cal / ha + 100% de la necesidad de fosforo (P) / planta. Además, con la realización del proyecto productivo en zona de origen (PPZO) se busca integrar a la comunidad por medio del componente social, por tanto, se creó una biblioteca comunitaria para suplir el déficit de promoción de lectura que existe en la región, beneficiando aproximadamente a 110 personas en todo el proceso de ejecución. The establishment of an agricultural production project for corn (Zea mays) variety ICA V109 was carried out in the La Pascua reservation, La Primavera municipality, Vichada department, in an area of 15.000 m2 , taking into account all the necessary technical requirements in this agricultural production system, thus seeking an economic alternative for the inhabitants of the reservation. Within the productive project, a technical management plan was carried out that included a fertilization plan based on a soil analysis, an integrated management plan for pests, diseases and weeds was made with the respective controls and defined action thresholds. To carry out this project, a financial analysis was carried out prior to its establishment, creating a study and market analysis of the product in the region. This agricultural productive project is an integral system that allows integrating different factors and relating them in common, this is how a research component was implemented and developed with the objective of evaluating the effect on corn yield of four doses of lime and phosphorus, yielding effective results in the treatment that corresponded to 1.500 kg cal / ha + 100% of the need for phosphorus (P) / plant. Additionally, with the realization of the productive project in the area of origin (PPZO), the aim is to integrate the community through the social component, therefore, a community library was created to fill the deficit in the promotion of reading that exists in the region, benefiting approximately 110 people in the entire execution process. In conclusion, carrying out a technified and comprehensive agricultural production project requires agronomic studies and financial analysis, which together with research promote the generation of demonstrative results that can be transmitted to society with technical and professional support
