Improvement of cocoa crop (Theobroma cacao L.) with the implementation of technical management focused on production and enterprise in the municipality of Landazuri-Santander as a sustainable crop

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo fue la implementación del manejo agronómico para mejorar el rendimiento productivo del cultivo de cacao (Theobroma cacao L) llegando hasta la comercialización como fuente sostenible familiar en la finca Galapales vereda El Tagual municipio de Landázuri, Santander. También, se realizó el análisis económico del proyecto productivo que permitió evaluar su rentabilidad. Además, se implementó la investigación de artropofauna en el cultivo de banano bocadillo (Musa acuminata L.) donde se buscó conocer un poco la diversidad de insectos que se encuentran en la zona, con el propósito de saber cuáles pueden ser posibles plagas para el mismo y a través del componente social se trabajó la visita técnica personalizada con los productores de banano bocadillo. Obteniendo como resultado un rendimiento de 504 kg de cacao y una TIR del 6% indicando que el proyecto es rentable, además se encontraron especímenes plaga del orden Coleóptera de la familia Curculionidae para el cultivo de banano bocadillo

The objective of this work was the implementation of agronomic management to improve the productive yield of the cocoa crop (Theobroma cacao L), reaching commercialization as a family sustainable source on the Galapales farm in the El Tagual municipality of Landázuri, Santander. Also, the economic analysis of the productive project was carried out, which allowed evaluating its profitability. In addition, the research on arthropofauna in the cultivation of baby banana (Musa acuminata L.) was implemented, where it was sought to know a little about the diversity of insects found in the area, in order to know what may be possible pests for it., through the social component, the personalized technical visit was worked with the baby banana producers. Obtaining as a result a yield of 504 kg of cocoa and an TIR of 6% indicating that the project is profitable, in addition, pest specimens of the Coleoptera order of the Curculionidae family were found for the cultivation of baby banana
