Most of the Colombian population is classified as extremely poor, who depend on agriculture and related activities as a significant part of their income. The pea production project (Pisum Sativum), from the agronomic field, sought to strengthen small and mediumsized producers through the exchange of knowledge, which allowed improving the management of crops of interest through the "Learning by doing and teaching by demonstrating" methodology where a theoretical-practical learning was developed. In the same way, it was sought to know production alternatives through the establishment of the student's productive project, bearing in mind that there is little implementation of short-cycle production systems in the area. Regarding the investigative component, the stages in which fruit flies do damage to their fruits, as well as the implementation of control that reduced the presence of the pest, which was reflected in the increase in production. From the social component, the objective was to provide comprehensive support where the producer was not only oriented to agronomic problems, but also to social problems that afflict the community. Finally, as a component of entrepreneurship, the marketing channel, IRR, NPV, utility, etc., financial tools that allowed to control and analyze the viability of productive projects in the Colombian countryside, are described
