Resumen

El proyecto productivo titulado “Implementación del cultivo de cilantro (Coriandrum Sativum) variedad Patimorado como alternativa de fortalecimiento agrícola en el Resguardo Indígena de Guachicono, La Vega-Cauca”, permitió el acercamiento a agricultores de dicha zona a adaptarse a nuevas estrategias de cultivo, demostrándose que la comunidad está abierta a nuevas ideas y, por ende, a nuevos conocimientos teórico-prácticos enfocados a la producción y comercialización de productos propios del lugar. El cultivo de cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) mostró ser un buen potencial de agronegocio en la región; se efectuaron dos ciclos productivos y se está ejecutando un tercer ciclo el cual ya está en su etapa de cosecha. El componente investigativo se enfocó en el conocimiento de la acarofauna presente en los suelos de la región. Con base a los resultados encontrados en las colectas realizadas, se pudo determinar la presencia de especímenes de ácaros de los órdenes Mesostigmata y Oribatida, permitiendo el conocimiento de su existencia en los suelos y ambiente de la comunidad. En el componente social, se trabajó con la Asociación de Jóvenes Emprendedores del Macizo (ASOJEM), se realizó un acompañamiento técnico en sus actividades de creación de proyectos y realización de algunos cultivos. Adicionalmente, se logró el cupo para participar de esta organización como integrante. Se resalta la creación de un grupo de trabajo formado por familiares, vecinos y amigos del emprendedor que busca incentivar las labores comunitarias con otros productores de la zona y lograr el fortalecimiento agrícola y productivo que tanto necesita la comunidad de indígena de Guachicono. El trabajo realizado durante todo el periodo establecido, fue propicio para el aprendizaje personal y profesional. Se logró cumplir con los objetivos planteados y se pudo demostrar el gran potencial que tiene el cultivo de cilantro como oportunidad de agronegocio en la comunidad de Guachicono

The productive Project named “Implementation of a coriander’s crop (Coriandrum sativum) variety patimorado as an alternative for agricultural strengthening on the indigenous community of Guachicono, La Vega-Cauca”, allowed approach to farmers of that zone to adapt it new strategys of cultivation, demonstrating that the community is open to new ideas and, therefore, to new theoretical and practical knowledge focused on the production and updates of local products. The cultivation of coriander (Coriandrum sativum) showed to be a good agribusiness potential in the region; Two production cycles were carried out and a third cycle is being carried out, which is already in its harvest stage. The research component focused on the knowledge of the acarofauna present in the soils of the region. based on the results found in the collections made, the presence of specificities of the mites of the orders Mesostigmata and Oribatida could be determined, knowledge of their existence in the soils and environment of the region was obtained. In the social component, it will be carried out with the Association of young entrepreneurs of the Massif (ASOJEM), a technical accompaniment was carried out in their activities of creating projects and carrying out some crops. In addition, it was possible to participate in this organization as a member. The creation of a working group made up of family members, neighbors and friends of the entrepreneur is highlighted, which seeks to encourage community work with other producers in the area and achieve the agricultural and productive development that the indigenous community of Guachicono so badly needs. The work carried out during the entire established period was favorable to personal and professional learning. The objectives set were met and the great potential of coriander cultivation as an agribusiness opportunity in the Guachicono community could be demonstrated
