Resumen
El proyecto implementó una parcela demostrativa de 1.200 m², que incluyó manejo agronómico (plagas, enfermedades, arvenses, fertilización), la transformación de 2.270 kg del material vegetal en silo, y la comercialización del mismo con precio de referencia de 350 $ / kg, como alternativa de agronegocio a una Unidad Agrícola Familiar (UAF). Por otra parte, el objetivo del componente investigativo fue evaluar el efecto de tres densidades de siembra del fríjol rojo cuarentano (Phaseolus vulgaris) en la producción de grano, a través de la medición de parámetros de rendimiento; número de vainas por planta, número semillas por vaina, masa de 100 semillas y masa en kg de la producción. La densidad 33.333 plantas / ha-1 obtuvo la mayor producción 1.082,82 kg, la variable de masa de 100 semillas de las densidades evaluadas obtuvo un promedio de 10,42 g.

The project implemented a demonstration plot of 1,200 m², which included agronomic management (pests, diseases, weeds, fertilization), the transformation of 2,270 kg of plant material in a silage, and its marketing with a reference price of $ 350 / kg. as an agribusiness alternative to a Family Agricultural Unit (UAF). On the other hand, the objective of the research component was to evaluate the effect of three sowing densities of the red 40 bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) on grain production, through the measurement of yield parameters; number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, mass of 100 seeds and mass in kg of production. Density 33,333 plants / ha-1 obtained the highest production (1,082.82 kg), the mass variable of 100 seeds of the evaluated densities obtained an average of 10.42 g. All this process was immersed under the dynamics of the figure of the older brother for the development of the productive project in the exercise of rural extension worker, within the Utopia campus of the University of La Salle
