Resumen

El desarrollo de este trabajo está clasificado en cuatro puntos específicos (ingeniería agronómica, investigativo, social y empresarial). El primero, se basa en la implementación un cultivo de plátano (Musa AAB Simmonds) variedad hartón con fines de exportación, para transmitir conocimientos agronómicos a los productores en el distrito de Turbo-Antioquia, en la vereda Monte Verde #2, utilizando técnicas agronómicas, como el manejo de plagas, enfermedades y arvenses. El segundo, evalúa dos insecticidas orgánicos (Safer mix WP y Alisin) para el control de la cochinilla (Pseudococcus elisae). El tercero, consistió en evaluar el efecto de los monocultivos de plátano sobre el devenir histórico de la familia rural, desde un contexto social, económico y ambiental en el distrito de Turbo (Antioquia). Y finalmente el componente de empresarización del campo, donde se realiza un análisis financiero del PPZO, demostrando ser rentable a pesar de las fluctuaciones del precio en el mercado exterior y nacional.

The development of this work is classlfled finto four speclflc points (agronomic, research, social and business englneering). The flrst is based on the Implementation of a plantain crop (Musa AAB Simmonds) variety hartón for expon purposes, to transmit agronomic knowledge to producers in the district of Turbo-Antioquía, in the village of Monte Verde 12, using agronomic techniques, such as pest, disease and weed management. The second evaluates two organic insecucides (Safer mlx WP and Alisin) for the control of cochinea! (Pseudococcus el/sae). The third consisted in evaluating the effect of plantain monocultures on the historical future of the rural family, from a social, economic and environmental context in the district of Turbo (Antioquía). And flnally, the business component of the fleld, where a financial analysls of the PPZO is carried out, proving to be profltable despite price fluctuations in the foreign and national markets.
