El presente trabajo de investigación, evalúa la posibilidad de proponer el reciclaje del yeso presente en las placas de “Drywall” en proyectos de construcción como una estrategia técnica, ambiental y económicamente viable. Se comenzó con un estudio de mercado que proporcionó en verdadera dimensión la disponibilidad del material (oferta) y a su vez evidenció los diversos beneficios que puede brindar la reutilización o el reciclaje del mismo; con esta información se realizó el análisis técnico del material tomado de la obra (Análisis de caso) a partir de ensayos de caracterización y comportamiento mecánico y con éstos resultados se procedió a evaluar los beneficios económicos tanto para el contratista como para la creación de una empresa cuya propuesta de valor sea el reciclaje de este material. Además se sustentó todo este escenario a la luz de la sostenibilidad exponiendo los beneficios ambientales y finalmente se estructuró la estrategia como propuesta para el sector constructor.
The present work of investigation, he evaluates the possibility of proposing the recycling plaster board "drywall" in projects of construction as a technical and economically viable strategy, there was begun by a market research that I provide in real dimension the availability of the material and in turn I demonstrate the benefits that there can offer the reutilization or the recycling of the same one; with this information there was realized the technical analysis of the material taken of the work (Analysis of case) and with these proved, to propose a sustainable solution that justifies an economic attractive saving for the builder and that at the same time represents a benefit in the environment.
