The idea of implementing this project arose from the need to improve data collection and management in the agricultural sector, specifically in the municipalities of the Tequendama region. Manual data collection presents significant challenges in terms of efficiency and reliability. Our goal is to transform this process to make it faster and more optimized, ensuring that data is stored securely and up to date. The project is divided into three stages: Context and Awareness, Data Recording, and Storage and Visualization. In the first stage, Context and sensitization, a meeting with the farmer was held and the Lean & Green methodology and the objective of the project was contextualized, which took 25 minutes. In the second stage, Data Recording, the survey was recorded, which took a total of 50 minutes. Finally, in the Storage and Visualization stage, a case applied to 4 agricultural units is carried out, which is achieved in a total time of 90 minutes.
