El presente escrito tiene como objetivo reflexionar en torno a la relación entre Derechos Humanos y Desarrollo. Para ello se abordan tres campos: el primero, un contexto histórico que permita visualizar el desarrollo de los Derechos Humanos haciendo énfasis en el escenario colombiano; el segundo, analiza el impacto de la política pública en materia de gestión y garantía de los Derechos Humanos en Colombia; y el tercero, esboza algunas reflexiones que relacionan los Derechos Humanos con el Desarrollo de nuestro país, entendido desde la perspectiva social.
The present paper aims to reflect on the relationship between human rights and development; to do this, three areas are addressed: first, a historical context that helps illustrate the development of Human Rights emphasizing the Colombian scenario, the second analyzes the impact of public policy on the management and guarantee of human rights in Colombia, and the third, outlines some thoughts linking human rights with the development of our country, understood it from a social perspective.
