Resumen
Se presentan los elementos necesarios para organizar una planoteca de arquitectura en formato electrónico, identificando la confluencia de la archivística, la arquitectura y la tecnología para lograr dicho objetivo. Se hacen planteamientos para fortalecer a la teoría archivística en cuanto al manejo de documentos creados con nuevas tecnologías y el almacenamiento de éstos en medios electrónicos o digitales. Se busca crear conciencia de la necesidad de preservar y organizar planos y modelos en formato electrónico como documentos con valor técnico inmediato y valor histórico potencial, basándose en el estado del arte
Abstract
This article present the necessary elements to organize a electronic storage of architecture’s planes, identifying the confluence of files management, architecture and technology to achieve the above mentioned aim. Also, approaches are done to strengthen to the theory of files management for the managing of documents created with new technologies and the storage of these in electronic or digital means.
