Desde la experiencia de los investigadores, la revisión de los antecedentes y los resultados de las pruebas nacionales e internacionales sobre lectura, surgen preocupaciones respecto al nivel de lectura, las preferencias lectoras y el valor que los estudiantes le dan al proceso lector en diferentes ámbitos sociales y educativos. Ésta investigación se inscribe en el campo de la investigación cualitativa, en la cual los objetos de estudio son las acciones sociales y educativas realizadas por los sujetos (profesores - estudiantes), respecto a las prácticas evaluativas de la lectura y el placer por leer. Se llevó a cabo con base en los planteamientos del método descriptivo, ya que nos proveen planear, actuar, observar y reflexionar constantemente, a través de técnicas como la Observación y la Entrevista semiestructurada e instrumentos como el diario de campo y el guión de entrevista para recolectar datos que nos permiten alcanzar cada uno de los objetivos propuestos. Por otro lado, uno de los fines más relevantes de nuestro proyecto es sugerir alternativas de prácticas evaluativas de la lectura, que incentive en los estudiantes el placer de leer
With the researchers‟ experience, the academic background, and the national and international reading test results; there are concerns about the level of reading, reading preferences, and the students‟ value for their own reading process in different social and educational contexts. This research is recognized as a qualitative study, in which the factors are the social and educative actions (involving students and teachers), in respect to their formal evaluations and their pleasure for reading. The methodology of the research was Description method, due to the fact that it allowed us to plan, act, observe, and reflect constantly. Techniques such as observation and semi-structured interviews were used. Instruments such as research diary and interviews script were conducted to collect data that allowed us to achieve our goals. One the most relevant goals of our project, is to create a suggestion of Authentic Evaluation to develop students‟ pleasure for reading
