Esta investigación tiene por objeto analizar las representaciones y prácticas sociales que los trabajadores del área de archivo del SENA Regional Cauca han construido a través de sus prácticas laborales. En esa dirección, el trabajo aborda las representaciones y prácticas sociales como factores que tienen una importante influencia en el desarrollo de la gestión del conocimiento, entendido como un proceso asociado con los esquemas organizacionales de instituciones como el SENA. De esta manera, las representaciones sociales se analizan como construcciones psicológicas que poseen un importante factor simbólico y la capacidad de influir en las prácticas laborales de los trabajadores que están directamente vinculados con dinámicas de gestión del conocimiento tales como capacitaciones, video conferencias, divulgación de manuales, entre otras. En lo que respecta a las prácticas, su análisis y descripción en el texto evidencian una directa correspondencia en relación con la construcción de representaciones sociales asociadas con la gestión de conocimiento tales como capacitaciones, video conferencias, divulgación de manuales, entre otras.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the representations and social practices that the workers of the SENA Regional Cauca archive area have built through their labor. Thus, this work approaches social representations and practices as factors that have an important influence on the development of knowledge management and on the organizational schemes of institutions such as SENA. In this way, social representations are analyzed as psychological constructions that have an important symbolic factor and the ability to influence the labor practices of workers that are directly linked to knowledge management. For this reason, the analysis and description of the practices show a direct correspondence in relation to the construction of social representations associated with knowledge management.
