This paper embraces a recurrent social matter in everyday life. It is a qualitative research that includes from the perspective of the Colombian financial consumer the different problematics of asymmetric information that you can find in real contexts to access to the financial services.The document involves the risk assessment centers, the credit agents and the consumers, in order to be able to evaluate the flow of information that exists between the three participants of this market. It is important to know the judgment and the way in which they are seen not only the risk assessment centers, but the agents of credit as well.The monograph studies the everyday scenarios evidencing the failures that are generated within the credit market and the way in which any of the parties involved could benefit from their position or the advantages in the information that they may possess. This paper is an observation of the real situation that is experienced in the Colombian financial sector.The objective of the research is to establish the main incidences of Information Asymmetries that do not allow the access to financial services in Colombia. Through a qualitative analysis, we can conclude that there are recurrent Asymmetries of Information in the Colombian financial system, and these affect considerably the market agents, in a specific way to the financial consumers
