Desarrollo de un prototipo de producto derivado del cacao, producido con la asociación ASOPA en el municipio Valle del Guamuez, Putumayo

Abstract

En el municipio Valle Del Guamuez se encuentra ubicada la asociación ASOPA, la cual es una asociación dedicada a desarrollar la producción y comercialización de cacao, con la aplicación de técnicas, y asistencia técnica productiva, empresarial y ambiental, llevada a cabo por medio de proyectos gubernamentales para mejorar el desarrollo de la región y la asociación como tal. La asociación hace parte de una iniciativa del gobierno la cual lleva el nombre de “emprender paz”, la cual ayuda a las familias campesinas a mejorar su calidad de vida fomentando la producción agrícola, para traer el sustento familiar, y dar un ejemplo a la juventud actual para desarrollar una producción con un poco más de esfuerzo, pero teniendo en cuenta que se pueden aplicar a diferentes programas y ayudas, para seguir mejorando continuamente la producción de cacao, y obtener uno de los productos con mayor calidad. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo tener un impacto social, ayudando a la asociación y a la comunidad a partir de la creación de un prototipo de producto, llevado a cabo por medio de la metodología PRODINTEC y de las herramientas de ingeniería industrial las cuales ayudaran a elegir la mejor opción de producto. Para realizar una selección adecuada de producto se optó por la metodología (AHP), teniendo en cuenta algunos criterios como las herramientas y maquinarias a usar, las necesidades y preferencias de la comunidad, entre otras. Una vez definido el producto se realiza el diseño de producción, la distribución que debería llevar la planta para un proceso eficiente y finalmente se desarrolla un análisis financiero para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto

In the municipality of Valle Del Guamuez is located the association ASOPA, which is an association dedicated to developing the production and marketing of cocoa, with the application of techniques, and productive technical assistance, and environment, carried out through government projects to improve the development of the region and the partnership as such. The association is part of a government initiative that is called "peace making," which helps peasant families improve their quality of life by encouraging agricultural production to bring family sustenance, and to give an example to the current youth to develop a production with a little more effort, but taking into account that they can be applied to different programs and aids, to continuously improve the production of cocoa, and to obtain one of the products with higher quality. This project aims to have a social impact, helping the association and the community from the creation of a prototype product, carried out through the PRODINTEC methodology and industrial engineering tools which will help to choose the best product option. In order to make an appropriate selection of the product, we opted for the methodology (AHP), taking into account some criteria such as the tools and machinery to be used, the needs and preferences of the community, among others. Once the product is defined, the production design, the distribution that the plant should carry out for an efficient process and finally a financial analysis is developed to determine the viability of the project
