Desde la perspectiva de la equidad (D6361), esta investigación se centrará a partir del liberalismo social, pues con la construcción de redes entre los pequeños productores, se podrían garantizar a estos que las fuerzas del mercado no actúen en su contra, también se podría generar un entorno más armonioso en las comunidades rurales. La articulación entre pequeños productores podría mejorar el uso de los recursos disponibles, con esto se intenta asegurar el bienestar de todos, y así facilitar actividades relacionadas con el sector agrícola, tales como desarrollo económico, social y humano, cultural, de recreación y deporte. y una diversa gama de servicios que tiendan a mejorar el bienestar de la población en términos de libertad y desarrollo (O185). El estudio se define desde el enfoque territorial (I319), este se basa en elementos principales como las características geográficas de los territorios y la identidad cultural (LEADER2) con los cuales se construyen propuestas de desarrollo para convivir en el territorio que habitan, de acuerdo con las condiciones económicas, sociales y culturales (CINEP3), en busca de contribuir al desarrollo social dirigido a una clase media rural en la población, a través de la participación activa de la comunidad, con el fin de generar un aumento en la productividad ( D24), que permitirá desarrollar una mejor rentabilidad (L18) de la actividad agrícola, todo lo anterior, con el objetivo de obtener mayores ingresos y así disfrutar de una mejor calidad de vida.
