La empresa Exturiscol S.A.S. produce niveles de contaminación por huella de carbono, debido al desarrollo de su actividad de transporte especial de pasajeros dentro de la cuidad de Bogotá, se pretende plantear un modelo de gestión de transporte verde que permita la reducción significativa de la emisión de carbono por consumo de combustibles, para la primera fase se realizara el diagnóstico inicial, para plantear indicadores que permitan evaluar el impacto que tiene la operación actualmente, y así diseñar un modelo ideal de ruteo que determine la reducción de distancias y consumo de combustible. Todo en el marco de cumplimiento con las leyes internacionales que obligan a las organizaciones a reducir el impacto que tienen estas sobre el medio ambiente
