El presente trabajo de grado se centra en analizar las necesidades y desafíos que enfrentan las Micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPymes) del sector textil y confecciones en su proceso de internacionalización, ya que se ha identificado que estas empresas presentan falencias en esta actividad, además de diversas limitaciones. Esta problemática se investiga debido a la relevancia que tiene las MiPymes del sector textil confecciones en la economía del país, estas MiPymes conforman en un gran porcentaje la malla empresarial del país, y un crecimiento importante de esta lograrían un gran desarrollo en la economía nacional. Para ello se lleva a cabo el desarrollo de una propuesta la cual permite la internacionalización de las MiPymes del sector textil, subsector confecciones, en la ciudad de Bogotá, ya que se considera que la expansión internacional es esencial para el crecimiento de estas empresas. Donde el objetivo principal es proponer un manual que permita la internacionalización para las MiPymes del sector textil y confecciones. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se realizaron tres fases donde la primera consta de un análisis de las MiPymes del sector textil, subsector confecciones con capacidad e interés de internacionalización; como segunda fase se analizará e identificará los procesos y requisitos necesarios para que una MiPymes pueda exportar, y como última fase consta en desarrollar el manual para la mejora de los procesos en las MiPymes con fin de ingresar al mercado internacional.
This degree paper focuses on analyzing the needs and challenges faced by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MiPymes) in the textile and clothing sector in their internationalization process, since it has been identified that these companies present flaws in this activity, in addition to various limitations. This problem is investigated due to the relevance of MSMEs in the textile sector in the economy of the country, these MSMEs make up a large percentage of the country’s business network, and a significant growth of this would achieve a great development in the national economy. To this end, the development of a proposal is carried out which allows the internationalization of MSMEs in the textile sector, clothing subsector, in the city of Bogotá, since international expansion is considered essential for the growth of these companies. The main objective is to propose a manual that allows internationalization for MSMEs in the textile and clothing sector. To achieve this objective, three phases were carried out in which the first consists of an analysis of MSMEs in the textile sector, clothing subsector with capacity and interest in internationalization; as a second phase, the processes and requirements necessary for an-SME to export will be analysed and identified, and as a final step, the manual for improvement will be developed.
