Abstract

The urban history of a neighborhood has elements that transcend, historical elements that establish moments, that divide and generate key factors to understand the process of construction and consolidation of an informal neighborhood, those elements respond to two matters, which are related and generate a change in the use of land, in the first place the social relations generated by the population, as an inhabitant of the territory, and secondly, public policy as organizer of the same; but it is key to analyze that social relations as an individual concept, are producers of politics, a social group to create an order and seek a common good, generates common interests of which, transcend and establish key elements for the territory to be dynamic. The historical elements are related to the consolidation process of the migrant population and that they develop different processes of land appropriation; as social struggles are (common interests), the urban order in an informal territory is established according to the informal market that is generated, since informality is a key element to establish the different aspects that are related, in a process of structuring the house.
