El presente proyecto de investigación se desarrolló en cuatro escuelas rurales situadas en el departamento de Cundinamarca en veredas aledañas a los municipios de San Juan de Río Seco, San Bernardo y Cáqueza. A través de este trabajo se caracterizó al maestro rural de Cundinamarca, su ejercicio y el entorno en el que se desempeña. Por otra parte, se buscó narrar sus historias de vida, contar sus experiencias didácticas e identificar los problemas presentes en su labor. Para llevar a cabo la presente investigación se abordó a los maestros con preguntas generadoras que permitieran una conversación fluida entre el entrevistador y el entrevistado. Aquellas entrevistas dieron paso a la creación de seis relatos que fueron empleados como datos para nuestra investigación. Para la elaboración de los relatos, se empleó la investigación narrativa entendida como una forma de construir realidad. Finalmente, a través de la fase de triangulación se elaboraron seis hallazgos mostrados como relatos, los cuales dieron respuesta a los objetivos establecidos al inicio de la investigación
The current research project was developed in four rural schools located in the department of Cundinamarca in the connections bordering of San Juan de Río Seco, San Bernardo y Caqueza Municipals. Through this work the rural teacher of Cundinamarca, his practice and the environment in which it is performed were characterized. On the other hand, the purpose was to narrate the teachers’ live stories, tell about their didactics experiences and identify the current difficulties in their work. In order to accomplish the research, the teachers were addressed with generic questions that allow a fluent conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee. These interviews were accomplished by producing six narratives employed as information for our research analysis. For the production of the narratives we used the narrative research understood as a way to construct reality. Finally, through the triangulation phase, six narratives were elaborated showing the findings which gave response to the objectives established at the beginning of the research
