Sistematización de Experiencias en el Centro Infantil y Juvenil Para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CINJUDESCO)” es la reconstrucción y la reflexión crítica de la experiencia del proceso de prácticas del año 2013 al año 2016 basada en la voz de los actores que hicieron parte del macroproyecto de prácticas “Actoría social y la política cultural: una experiencia de niños, niñas y jóvenes en CINJUDESCO-ASOVEG y Rafael Uribe Uribe”, desarrollado en este campo y la recolección de documentos concernientes al proceso bajo el paradigma de la Hermenéutica crítica planteada por Ricoeur y Torres Carrillo. El trabajo tuvo el objetivo de identificar aportes del macroproyecto a la organización, a los niños, niñas y jóvenes, y al programa de Trabajo Social, y se desarrolla bajo tres objetivos específicos. El primero de ellos está enfocado en la reconstrucción histórica de la experiencia, distinguiendo dificultades y tensiones. El segundo responde a la reconstrucción crítica de la experiencia, basado en la voz de los actores, identificando sentidos y significaciones frente a aprendizajes y logros. Por último, el tercero responde a la construcción de aportes teórico-metodológicos para macroproyectos.
The work entitled "Systematization of Experiences in the Children and Youth Center for Community Development (CINJUDESCO) is the reconstruction and critical reflection of the experience of the internship process from 2013 to 2016 based on the voice of the actors who made part of the macroproject of practices "Social activity and cultural policy: an experience of children and young people in CINJUDESCO-ASOVEG and Rafael Uribe Uribe", developed in this field and the collection of documents concerning the process under the paradigm of critical hermeneutics proposed by Ricoeur and Torres Carrillo. The work is developed around a general objective, which is focused on the visibility of contributions of the macroproject to the organization, to children, and to the Social Work program, and is developed under three specific objectives. The first one is focused on the historical reconstruction of experience, distinguishing difficulties and tensions. The second responds to the critical reconstruction of the experience, based on the voice of the actors, identifying meanings and meanings in the face of learning and achievements. Finally, the third responds to the construction of theoretical-methodological contributions to macro-projects.
