Esta investigación busca describir los factores que influyen en la inserción del mercado laboral de los recién egresados de programas académicos de pregrado de la universidad de la Salle, graduados en el primer semestre del año 2017, mediante una encuesta realizada por la Oficina de Egresados de la Universidad de la Salle, espacio en el que se llevó a cabo la práctica. Este escrito está enfocando hacia la identificación de su vinculación laboral, tipo de empleo, relación de este con su carrera profesional, ingresos de los egresados de la universidad de la Salle y, de la misma manera hacia la comparación de sus ingresos con los demás egresados del país en educación superior “pregrado”, partiendo del supuesto según el cual los egresados son un reflejo del indicador de calidad de vida en su formación profesional, fruto de sus esfuerzos académicos. Este estudio se compone de cuatro fases, en la primera se realizó la caracterización de la situación laboral de los egresados del primer ciclo del año 2017 de la Universidad de la Salle, en la segunda se Identificó quienes son activos en el mercado laboral, en la tercera se da a conocer su situación laboral, formas de contratación y éxito laboral y, por último, en la cuarta fase se describen las competencias generales con las que cuentan los graduados
This research seeks to describe the factors that influence the insertion of the labor market of recent graduates of undergraduate academic programs of the University of La Salle, graduates in the first semester of 2017, through a survey conducted by the Office of Graduates of the Universidad de la Salle, space in which the practice was carried out. This writing is focusing on the identification of their employment relationship, type of employment, relationship of this with their professional career, income of the graduates of the University of La Salle and, in the same way to the comparison of their income with other graduates of the country in "undergraduate" higher education, based on the assumption that graduates are a reflection of the quality of life indicator in their professional training, the fruit of their academic efforts. This study is made up of four phases, in the first one the characterization of the labor situation of the graduates of the first cycle of the year 2017 of the Universidad de la Salle was carried out. In the second phase, those who are active in the labor market were identified. third, their employment status, forms of hiring and job success are disclosed, and finally, in the fourth phase, the general competencies of the graduates are described
