Resumen
El presente artículo muestra una alternativa de recolección por medio de un robot recolector y almacenador de petróleo. Primero se realiza el diseño de un sistema de almacenamiento, el cual sirve, a su vez, de soporte a los demás subsistemas componentes del robot; se sigue con el análisis de flotabilidad y de empuje con el propósito de garantizar la plena operabilidad del robot en forma segura. Posteriormente, se hace el diseño del sistema de recolección de hidrocarburos; luego, se realiza el diseño del sistema electrónico con el cual se controla la operación del sistema de recolección y el desplazamiento del robot en el agua. Finalmente, se construye el robot para evaluar la eficiencia de recolección, cuya capacidad es de 50 l
Abstract
The present article shows a hydrocarbon collection alternative through an oil collection and storage robot. First, the article shows the design of a storage system, which is also used as support for other sub-systems that make up the robot. Secondly, it describes the floating and thrust analysis in order to guarantee the full and safe operation of the robot. Then, the article shows the design of the hydrocarbon collection and electronic systems that control the operation of the collection system and the movement of the robot in the water. Finally, the robot is built to assess its collection efficiency, the capacity of which is fifty liters
