Descripción
The present document develops the thematic one of an environmental analysis of service lif e of the jam processing with promissory f ruits of the Amazonian in the Corpoica’s Research Center Macagual at Florencia (Department of Caqueta, Colombia). The work was developed through a descriptive methodology that consisted of a caref ul investigation at the Research center, with exit and an incoming log as much qualitative as quantitatively of the process; as well as a description of the present situation of agro-industry and the plantation of arazá, cocona, pomorroso and grape caimarona. Once in Bogota the methodology established in norm ISO 14042 f or the evaluation of impacts of service lif e was applied, and added to this it was made a normative comparison with national legislation concerning Ecological Certification (Resolution 0074 of 2002) and Good Manuf acture Practices (Decree 3075 of 1997) with the purpose of identif ying any flaws that the process may present on the matter, since the ecological certif ication of the jam product is a long term objective of the center and f or extending the commercialization of the product not only at national level but at international one.
