The climate change and the great adjustment of the creole cattle to the tropical enviro nment have stimulated the investigation of the adaptative physiology with a view to po tential the productivity of the Colombian herd with his races and his crossings. The project was realized on information and samples obtained in 20 creole cows in 3 Heath Load indexes obtained for a period of 6 months in 2010 at the research center La Libertad CORPOICA in Villavicencio, oriental planes of Colombia. The climatic information registered in the station of the center was speed of the wind, solar sheen, humidity and temperature of the air. The physiological variables that were registered in the bovine experimental ones were: frequencies ruminal, cardiac and re spiratory, rectal temperature and sweat production. In the obtained serum samples the concentrations measure up of triiodothyronine and cortisol. The aim of the project was to analyze the variables described in the bovine experimental ones and to evaluate the relation with three heat load index and contribute to the knowledge and comprehension of the physiology of the creole Colombian races
