Este artículo presenta los beneficios de la aplicación del coaching en las empresas en general, con enfoque en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de servicios, y en la importancia de dicha herramienta para ayudar a sus líderes a convertir una pequeña empresa en una entidad de talla nacional. Aquí se describen los retos y la manera en que se van dando mejoramientos en beneficio de la organización, obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de esta técnica ajustable a diversos escenarios, dando mayor relevancia al factor humano en los resultados de una organización
This article presents the benefits of applying coaching in business on a broad aspect, focusing on small and medium sized service enterprises, and the importance of said tool to help leaders transform a small business into an entity of national stature. Here are also described the faults and the way in which improvements take place in benefit of an organization, obtained from the application of this methodology which is adjustable to various scenarios, giving more relevance to the human factor in an organization’s results
