Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial son condiciones experimentadas por los sujetos en la interacción con su contexto. El riesgo se presenta en momentos en que dichos factores se convierten en elementos nocivos para el bienestar del individuo presentándose desequilibrio en sus interrelaciones. Algunos de estos factores se presentan en el contexto laboral y originan consecuencias negativas cuando la interacción del sujeto con las condiciones del ambiente se desarrolla inadecuadamente, afectando tres aspectos: el rendimiento en el trabajo, la satisfacción en el mismo y la salud del trabajador. Esta investigación plasma un estudio descriptivo acerca de los factores de riesgo psicosocial presentes en el ambiente laboral de las compañías participantes, generando herramientas de conocimiento que permitan estructurar estrategias de discernimiento e intervención.
The Psychosocial Risk Factors are conditions which are experienced by subjects in the interaction with their context. The risk is presented when these factors become noxious elements for the individual’s welfare, generating an unbalance state in his/her relationships. Some of these factors are presented into the working context and this generates negative consequences when the interaction between the individual and his/her environmental conditions is developed inadequately, and affects three different aspects: performance into the work, satisfaction developing the labour, and worker’s health. This research covers a descriptive study about the psychosocial risk factors which are presented into the working environment for some particular companies, in order to produce knowledge tools for building strategies about discernment and intervention.
