Este trabajo investigativo, tiene por objetivo el estudio de los efectos que se producen durante la fase de concientización crítica a partir de la formación en Innovación Social Educativa (ISE), al identificar acciones de agenciamiento, analizar los procesos de comunitarización y reconocer los procesos de formación que son desarrolladas en el Nodo Sur. El diseño metodológico aborda el paradigma socio crítico, bajo el enfoque cualitativo, con un tipo de investigación etnográfica, en la que se recogen, organizan, analizan e interpretan los hallazgos, gracias a técnicas como: la categorización, el análisis deductivo e inductivo y la triangulación de la muestra. Datos recolectados a partir de la participación de dos encuentros del Nodo Sur, Algunas de las conclusiones son, en primer lugar, la capacidad de congregarse y organizarse para desarrollar acciones que favorecen la creación de espacios críticos en pro de la innovación educativa. En segundo lugar, los afectos comunitarios como un factor preponderante en el reconocimiento del otro y del sentido que se configura en el contexto geográfico y simbólico. En tercer lugar, el reconocimiento de prácticas de formación subyacentes a la metodología que fortalecen el desarrollo del nodo a partir de la ISE.
The objective of this research is to study the effects produced during the phase of critical awareness from the training in Social Innovation in Education (SIE), identifying agency actions, analyzing of the communitarization processes, and recognizing of the training processes developed in the South Node. The methodological design addresses the socio-critical paradigm, based on the qualitative approach, with a type of ethnographic research, in which findings are collected, organized, analyzed, and interpreted, thanks to techniques such as categorization and deductive and inductive analysis and triangulation of the sample. The data has been collected from the participation of two meetings of the South Node held at the Normal Superior School (NSS) of Gigante - Huila in September 2019 and at the NSS of the Andes of La Vega - Cauca in February 2020. Some of the conclusions are, first, the ability to gather and organize to develop actions that favor the creation of critical spaces for educational innovation. Second, community affections are a preponderant factor to recognize others, and the meaning configured in the geographical and symbolic context are elements of the communitarization processes. Third, the recognition of training practices underlying the methodology that strengthen the development of the node from the SIE
