El artículo analiza y pretende crear un informe de estrategias en la gestión humana como mejor opción que contribuya positivamente a la Retención de Personal, por ende al bienestar como felicidad laboral, ayudando a solucionar el problema de deficiencias en valores, la falta de ética y de conciencia para la participación constante de cada individuo en su corporación. Se enfatiza en la satisfacción y crecimiento integral del ser humano, que se integra en organizaciones para buscar, simultáneamente, la satisfacción de sus necesidades contribuyendo al desarrollo humano, organizacional, territorial y social. Aquí, se identifican las estrategias, los procesos que con base en diferentes autores se pueden utilizar para gestar, paulatinamente, el tránsito de una organización hacia el enfoque gerencial de la gestión humana. De esta forma, también mencionamos los vínculos que deben existir entre la gestión de talento humano, los resultados de la organización, la participación de la gestión humana, que juega un papel protagonista por la forma de adquirir, retener y desarrollar las competencias en los empleados, favoreciendo al desempeño empresarial
The article analyzes and aims to create a strategy report on human management as the best option that contributes positively to the Retention of Personnel, hence to well-being as a job happiness, helping to solve the problem of deficiencies in values, lack of ethics and Awareness for the constant participation of each individual in his corporation. Emphasis is placed on the satisfaction and integral growth of the human being, which integrates into organizations to simultaneously seek the satisfaction of their needs by contributing to human, organizational, territorial and social development. Here, we identify the strategies; the processes that based on different authors can be used to gradually generate the transit of an organization towards the managerial approach to human management. In this way, we also mention the links that must exist between the management of human talent, the results of the organization, the participation of human management, which plays a leading role in how to acquire, retain and develop employee skills, favoring business performance
