La conservación preventiva del patrimonio documental en tiempos de pandemia

Abstract

Colombia es un país que se caracteriza por identificar algunos problemas que han surgido por la pandemia Covid 19 en los documentos, archivos, materiales bibliográficos y museales en las instituciones de información de Bogotá, en donde el objetivo es analizar la conservación preventiva del patrimonio documental en tiempos de pandemia. Dadas las circunstancias de la crisis sanitaria mundial que se vive, hay ciertos riesgos que pueden producirse dentro del acceso a la información de los documentos, y de los archivos históricos que se conservan y mantienen durante la pandemia. Así mismo, las instituciones de información extreman medidas de bioseguridad, donde la prevención parte de las normas exigidas por el gobierno que protegen la salud de las personas frente al riesgo biológico que exponen el desempeño de las funciones de acceso y consulta documental. La finalidad de esta investigación es realizar un enfoque cualitativo que busca la razón, objetividad y uso de experimentos que se llevaron a cabo durante la pandemia, además, es de investigación descriptiva con método de investigación documental, así mismo se hará un análisis de contenido y el instrumento es matriz de análisis.

Given the circumstances of the global health crisis that we are experiencing, there are certain risks that can occur within the access to information of the documents, and of the historical archives that are preserved and maintained during the pandemic. Likewise, information institutions take extreme biosecurity measures, where prevention is based on the norms required by the government that protect people's health against biological risk that expose the performance of the functions of access and documentary consultation. The purpose of this research is to carry out a qualitative approach that seeks the reason, objectivity and use of experiments that were carried out during the pandemic, in addition, it is descriptive research with a documentary research method, as well as a content analysis and the instrument is an analysis matrix.
