Este proyecto de investigación se planteó analizar las percepciones de las comunidades de Riosucio y Carmen del Darién en el departamento del Chocó, sobre su participación en la planeación y gestión de los “Programas de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial (PDET) y su incidencia en el desarrollo local, a partir, del reconocimiento del proceso organizativo que poseen los actores sociales y las organizaciones de base, para la participación por medio de mecanismo de convocatorias propias. Este escrito tiene como población objeto la participación de líderes comunitarios, representantes legales de algunos Consejos Comunitarios y miembros de organizaciones sociales comunitarias, con quienes se empleó herramientas de investigación y de recolección de la información, tales como las entrevistas semiestructuradas, la revisión documental y grupo focal.
The objective of this study is to analyze the perceptions of the communities of Riosucio and Carmen del Darien in the department of Chocó, about their participation in the planning and management of the Development Programs with Territorial Approach (PDET by its Spanish acronym) and their impact on local development, based on the recognition of the organizational process that social actors and grassroots organizations have for participation through their convening mechanism. For this purpose, with the participation of community leaders, legal representatives of some Community Councils (ASCOBA, Community Council of Pedeguita and Mancilla, Community Council of the Jiguamiandó River, Community Council of La Larga and Tumaradó), and members of the community social organizations, a methodology focused on the qualitative-hermeneutic paradigm is used, where research tools such as semi-structured interviews, documentary review and focus group are employed.
